Will my package cost more if I book with you?

Absolutely not! My services are FREE to my clients and will not cost your package price to increase. (I receive my commission from Disney) I will keep a watch for promotions as they are released. If one is release that will benefit you I will automatically apply it to your reservation. So booking with me may save you money!

 

What is the benefit of working with you, as opposed to booking the trip myself?

Of course you could do it yourself, but why in the world would you want to? Rather than spend hours on the Internet and hours on the phone trying to find the best prices for the best itineraries and still end up wondering if you really got the best deal, all you have to do is contact ME. I do all the leg work – at no cost to you! My job is to take the stress out of your vacation planning and help you to plan the Disney Vacation of Your Dreams!

If a promotion is released after I book, can I still get it?

Yes you can! Once you book your vacation,I regularly monitor and apply promotions to ensure you are getting the lowest priced vacation package. One of the best things about my job is informing clients that I have saved them money!

 

Do I have to pay for the trip in full or can I make payments?

You can pay in full at time of booking, but it’s not necessary to pay the entire balance up front for most vacations. The reservations created for you will be made in your name directly with Disney, and therefore Disney’s normal reservations rules will apply.  Once the deposit has been made you can pay as you like. You may pay weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Or you may choose not to pay anything else until the due date.  You will need to have the balance due paid in full on or before your final due date.

What if life happens and I need to change my plans?

While I can’t think of anything worse than having to cancel a Disney vacation, I do understand that things happen and circumstances change. Your reservation will be made directly with Disney, and all of their change and cancellation policies will apply. I will review with you any rules and/or penalties regarding reservation changes or cancellations. I will work with you and with Disney to minimize any costs and carefully explain your options in the event of a change or cancellation.

 

What if I need help during my trip?

Put your mind at ease – you’re on vacation! I'll do everything we can to make sure that all the details are taken care of before you leave, but I will still available should something unexpected occur once you’ve begun your trip. You will be able to contact me by phone, email and text throughout your vacation. Should a problem come up, I will be there to help you with the issue.

 

I already have a Disney reservation. Can you still help me?

Absolutely! I will be happy to transfer your existing reservation so I can watch the details for you. 

 

I have special needs and/or requests. Can you help me?

The Disney resorts and cruise lines host millions of visitors every year.  Disney cast members deal with unique dietary needs for guests with disabilities, various medical conditions, specific lodging and room requests, and almost anything else you can think of, I can assist you with 

arranging special accommodations for your stay.

Should I wait for my child to get older before planning a Disney trip?

Absolutely not! There's nothing quite like experiencing Disney while your little ones still believe in Disney "magic". You will be amazed how different Disney is when you experience it through the eyes of a child! They may not remember every detail.............but YOU will :)

 

How do I know which Disney Resort is right for my family?

 will help you to narrow down your resort choices and help you to select the resort that will be right for your family and your budget.Walt Disney World has more than 25 resorts on property and trying to slect one can be quite overwhelming. Resort selection generally depends on personal preference. 

 

Can you help me arrange gifts for a celebration at the resort or on a cruise?

I can certainly help you with that! I enjoy helping clients celebrate!

 

Does Disney offer a military discount?

Yes. Disney offers a great room only discount for active duty and retired military personell.

If I request a quote or contact you will I be bombarded with calls and emails?

I am not a high pressure "pushy" Destination Specialist. I feel that clients need time to look over the offer and decide what they'd like and who they'd like to work with. Once you contact me for a quote I will email you the quote within 24 hours and follow up with an email a few days later to check on any questions that you may have. If I do not receive a response from you I will not repeatedly call or email you in a harrassing manner.
